- Maintenance and project management for turnkey projects e.g. storage depots, storage tanks and other facilities.
- Procurement, fabrication, construction, revamp, tie-in and project management for piping (onsite & offsite) and pipeline work of various materials (e.g. Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, etc.) and various thicknesses.
- Blasting, painting, insulation, non-destructive testing, post-weld heat treatment and scaffolding work.
- Overhaul of plants and equipment.
- Opening up, cleaning, inspection, testing and box-up of heat exchangers, air fin coolers, towers/columns, drums, vessels, furnaces and boilers.
- High pressure jet cleaning of heat exchangers, air fin coolers, etc.
- Retubing of heat exchangers, air fin coolers, furnaces, boilers.
- Renewal/modification of trays/downcomers in towers/columns.
- Piping modifications, relocations, tie-ins, hot tappings.
- Tank maintenance e.g. cleaning, blasting, painting, etc.
- Repair and overhaul of valves.
